RESOLVED� upon the pertinent appeal� under the �oning
Code� by George L. Ostrand� owner of the subject real estate�
situate in the City of Saint Paul� located along the west side
of Westminster Street between York and Sims Avenues� more
particularly described as the north 97 feet of the sou�h 147
feet of Lot 3 Block 5� Edmund 1�ice t s Fourth Addition� partially
� zoned in "B�' �esidence District and partially zoned in Light
Industrial District� under said Zoning Code� that the provisions
of said Zoning Code hereby are determined and varied� in their
application to said real estate, as and to the extent necessarp
therefor� and that a special permit hereby is granted for the
extension of the Zight Industry District use presently permitted
on a portion of said hereinabove described real estate;
RESOLVED FIIRTHER, That said George L. Ostrand be -
permitted to ir�.stall and operate a 15-ear off-street parking
facility in con�unction with a proposed 15-unit apartment
development on said hereinabove described real estate, in aecordance
with the Plot Plan therefor� dated October 19� 1964; subject to
�he condition that said appellant-applicant and his successors
and assigns� ott�erwise� shall make due comp�liance with all
applicable provisions of municipal ordinances� state statutes
and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance;
` RESOLVED FURTHER, That the prior resolution of this
Coun.cil, Council File No. 220568� approved November 3� 1964,
hereby is rescinded.
