T _.� � � 2� 6 � March 16, 1964 j � T0: Honorable Mayor and - �" � City Council ' City of Saint Paul, Minnesota - Application under and pursuant to provisions of Chapter 64 of Zoninq Code of Citv of Saint Paul Gentlemen: The �ndersigned Phillips Petroleum Company does hereby appeal under and • pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 64 of the Zoning Code of the City of Saint Paul to extend commercial use respecting a portion of said property so that tHe same covers all of the following described property, to-wit: Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19, Block 11, Mackubin and Marshall' s Addition to Saint Paul, being a tract of land located at the Northeast corner of North Dale Street and St. Anthony Avenue. At the present time the Westerly 100 feet of said property is zoned "Commercial" and the extension requested is so that the commercial use � is extended to cover the full 157 feet thereof. The total tract is 157 by 133 feet with 100 feet by 133 feet presently zoned "Commercial". , The tract of land is located adjacent to the ramp being constructed in conjunction with Interstate Highway No. 94 and the intended use of this prop- . erty is for development of the same for gasoline service station purposes. Sep- arate application respecting service station use in accordance with provision� of the Code is being filed simultaneous with this application for extension of use.
