hereas, Paragraph 1.63 of Section I of the General Specifications
applicable to all local improvements awarded by this Council, unless ex-
pressly waived, provides for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of
all guarantees incumbent upon the Contractors, the retention of a Keserve
Amount for the period of one year from the date of the Final Estimate, and
�Jhereas, The entire phqsical work on the following contracts was
completed well over one (1) year ago, although the one (1) year period .
from the date of the final estimate has as yet not expired, and no
amount has been expended by the City for any maintenance or repairs
thereto, now therefore, 'be it
Resolved, That the Reserve Amount withheld on the following listed
projects be released at this time:
Improvement No. L-6176-17; Description, Grading and Paving SHORT
LINE and ST. CLAIR RAMPS; Amount, $1,000.00. Completed, September 3, 1963.
Improvement No. L-65 16; Description, �f7idening and Resurfacing of

Completed October 1, 1963.

SEVENTH STREET FRONTAGE ROAD from Graham Avenue to Wheeler Street;
Amount, $300.00. Completed July 29, 1963
