In the matter of condemning and taking a temporary easement for the St. Anthor�r Park
Storm Relie� Sewer for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer
on, under, through and acrosa the following described traet: That part of Block A,
Ferguson's Additioa, St. Paul� Minnesota which 13es east of a ]3ne 200 feet_ west
of and parallel to the �rest line of Pelham Boulevard� west of a line 130 feet west
of and parallel to the said west line of Pe1}�am Boulevard� and north of a ]3ne 2
feet north o� and para.11el to the north line of the present garage building, sa,id
parallel line being 58 feet more or less south of the south line of Wabash Avenue,
. sa,id temporary easement to remain in effect for a period of 3 years begin�in
December 1, 1964.

from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
P�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.

fiimation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessmeut of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Couz•t House in the City of St. Paul on the

The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports:
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and ap-
piopriated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damag•es therefor to the own-
ers thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined
the amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost
thereof, and that attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
