Initiating Problem, Issues, Opportunity (Who, What, When, Where, Why):
Patrick King initiated this action in Ramsey County District Court to recover under insured motorist benefits from the City of St. Paul for
injuries he sustained in a collision while driving a Public Works truck owned by the City of St. Paul. Mr. King claims the driver of the
other vehicle was under insured and did not fully compensate h'vn for his injuries and daznages.
