RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the construction of an archway
at the Main Library, 90 West 4th Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to TWIN CITY THE
AND MARBLE COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Informal Bid (771+5 of said nfin City Tile and Marble Company for
the contract price.of $1,260.00, such bid being the lower,and s&id Twin^'City Tile and
Marble Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract-therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul. ,
