to install 1 pole on Linder Court in cul -de -sac; 1 pole on
Summit Avenue approximately 150' west of Rice Street; 1
pole on Hawthorne Avenue between Earl and Frank Street;

2 poles on Winthrop south of Douglynn Lane; 2 poles on
Douglynn Lane west of Winthrop; and 4 poles on St. Paul
Avenue between Edgecumbe Road and Davern, with necessary
guys, anchors, and wires. Poles and wires to be removed
when requested to do so by the Common Council and cost of
said removal to be borne by the Northern States Power
Company.
