VMREAS, Registered Bill -No. 1 -541 in the amount of $107.58 was issued
by the Department of Public Works to Grudem Brothers for standard grate cast-
ings and,
WHEREAS, Grudem Brothers have returned to the Department of Public Works,
the standard grate castings which have been inspected and found satisfactory,
now therefore'be it,
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the proper City
Officials are hereby authoriaed and directed to cancel said Registered Bill
No. 1 -541, in the amount of $107.55.
