authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City and
on behalf of the Board of Water Commissioners, Utilities Relocation
Agreement No. 51+392 between the State of Minnesota Department of
Highways and the City of Saint Paul, pertaining to certain water
main cut -offs in the Trunk Highway 35E area near John Ireland
Boulevard in Saint Paul.
