security for the latter's deposits in the said Bank on

$100,000 U.S. Treasury Bill, No . x+86976,
due December 31, 196+ (Registered
and the acceptance of the deposit and the assignment by said
City of the following described securities, in lieu thereof and
for the same purpose:
$100,000 - 3 3/4% U.S. Treasury Notes dated
September 15, 1962, due August 15, 1967, with
February 15, 1965, and subsequent coupons-attached;
hereby is in all things approved, ratified, and confirmed.
