RESOLVED! That the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises
describbd as the West 33 feet of Lot 5 and West 18 feet of
Lot 7, all of Lot 6, Ramsey County Loan and Trust Companys
Subdivision number one, St. Paul, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also-known as 557 Marshall Avenues
and wreck and remove the two story dwelling thereong and to do
any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb and adjoining property.

of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
repaired or wrecked and removed. Please proceed with the con-
demnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of

property and wreck and remove the structure thereon.and to do
any and all things therein necessary for the protection of
life., limb, and adjoining property.
