RESOLVED: That On Sale Liquor License No. 6569, On and Off Sale Malt
and
Beverage Tavern licenses, all expiring January 31, 1965, and
issued to the Mohawk Bar, Inc. at 107 Concord Street, be and
the same are hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the
Bureau of Police because of the arrest of Michael J. Malone,
an employe at this place of business, on'the charge of sale of
liquor on Sunday, being sent to court thereon, pleading guilty
thereto and sentenced to $100.00 fine or 10 days, paying said
fine, said establishment to close Sunday, December 20th, 1964,
at midnight.
