An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11490, entitled: "An ordinance establishing, prescribing and promulgating rules and regulations therefor and authorizing and providing for severance pay measured by but not based upon accumulated and unused sick leave credits to become payable and to be paid by the City of Saint Paul to its employees in its Classified Civil Service and to its employees in its unclassified exempt service, except its elected officials; and amending Ordinance No. 32501 of said City, entitled: 'An administrative ordinance relating to the Civil vice Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving nd adopting rules and regulations therefor,' approv d�August 20, 1914, as amended. That70rdinance No. 11490, approved June 12, 1959, as amended, be and the -'same is hereby•further amended by striking out of Section 8 the words "full and accurate written semi - monthly reports" and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "full and accurate written bi- weekly reports ". Sec. 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out of Section 9(b) the words "For the purposes of this section the daily rate shall be twelve times the monthly rate divided by 261;" and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "For the purposes of this section the daily rate shall be the bi- weekly rate divided by 10; ". Sec. 3. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out of Section 10(b) the words "For the purposes of this section, the daily rate shall be twelve times the monthly rate divided by 261 ;" and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "For the purposes of this section, the daily rate shall be the bi- weekly rate divided by 10; ".
