PAUL COUNCIL 2211• OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE NO COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM RESOLVED, That upon the report and recommendation of the City Valuation Engineer and pursuant to Section 303 of the Charter of the City of Saint.Paul, the acquisition of the property known as 274 Maple Street and legally described as: Lot five (5), Kennedy's Subdivision of part of Block 82 of L.'Dayton's Addition to St. Paul, according to the Plat the eof on file and of record in the Office of the Register7f Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; hereby is approved and ratified, and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay -the sum of $21,300.00 to Nels I. Sandstrom and Bernice Sandstrom, record fee owners of said property, and to Richard J. Boland and Beverly J. Boland, the unrecorded contract for deed purchasers of said property, said sum to be paid to the aforesaid parties from Fund 3700 -501, upon their furnishing an abstract of title, continued to date, or other documents evidencing good marketal title in said Nels I.
