RESOLVED, That the Commieaioner of Publio Worke be and ia hereby ordered and direoted: I
1. To inveatigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement. �
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and estimated coet of eaid improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Com�niesioner of Ftinance.
