RESOLVED, That the Commiaeioner of Public �Vorks be and ie hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceesity for, or deairability of, the making of said improvement. ' " �
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated coet of said improvement, and the total coet thereof.
8. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of eaid improvement.
4. To etate whether or not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Com�niesioner of F�nance.
