RESOLVED, That the Commiesioner of Public Works be and ie hereby ordered and direated:
1. To investigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the making of'eaid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated cost of said improvement, and the total coet thereof.
3. ��_';uo furnish a plan, profile or eket�ch of said improvement.
4.� To state whether or.not eaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
