the roadbed and street, a11ey and driveway returns; by constructing storm water drainage �
facilitiea; by doing the necessary traffic control system work; by con"structing an
ornamenta.l lighting system; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing and sidewalks;
by construct3ng sewer, water and gas service connections where,necessary and by doing
a11 other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, Tha.t a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the l�th ,
day of 1Karch, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of _
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
. owner to whom the notice is direeted.
