The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is liereby ordered to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �

to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of Wacouta St. from 5th St. south to the
alley approxima.tely 146 ft. and rep]ace with integral curb-sidewalk and by doing a]1
other work which is necessary and incidental �o complete sa,id impronement.

• Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of �
March, 1.965 at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Cnamber of the Court � ,
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
