The Council of the (�ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance '• ,
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That•the said report a,nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is _ �
� to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of George St. fram Livingston Ave. to �
C�orman Ave. and by doing all other work which is neeessary and incidetttal to complete
said improYement, except Where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.
