The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: -
� • 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is - �
to reconst�uct the side�a,lk on the west side of Cleveland Ave. from Watson Ave. to
Bayard Ave. and by doing all other work whi.ch is necessar�a.nd incidental to complete
said improvement, except where good. and suffic�ent sideWal.ks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�h day of
Ma.rch, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock'A.M., in the Council C`hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F�nance give notice af
� said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
� hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�a.l cost thereof as estimated. .
