The Council'of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance �
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved:and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is - '
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north aide of .E. Minnehaha Ave. from Edgerton
St. to the west approximately 122 ft. abutting 723 Edgerton St. a.nd by doing all
other work which is �lecessary and i.ncidental to complete said improvement.
