� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance � ,
upon th'e above improvement, and having�considered said report, hereby resolves: �� - '
' 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improuement ,
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' , � � ;
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is � �
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of Chataworth St. from Lincoln Ave. .
to (�oodrich Ave. a.nd by doing all other work Which 3.s necessary and incidental to �
- complete said improvement, except where good a.nd suffiQient sidewalks now exist. -
