The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends�is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side of �t. Cla,ir Ave. from Saratoga St.
to Pascal St. and ou the south�side of St. Clair Ave. frami Warwick St. to Fascal �
St. and by doing all`other Work which is necessary and 3.ncidental to cemplete sa,id
improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks noW exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�Jth day of _
