The Council of.the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Fina,nce
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves: .
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved.and adopted, asid the said improvement
. is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 4
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is -
to reconstruct the 'sidewalk on both sides of 7th St. fra�m White Bear Ave. to Flandrau
St.•and on the east side of Fl.e.ndrau St, from 7th St. aorth approximately 148.5 ft.
