under Preliminary Order 217�+79 approve� April 10, 1964
. The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance ,
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby,approved and adopted, and the said improvement .
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is
to open, widen a.nd extend E. HYACI�H AVENUF; frvm the West line of Westminster St. to
the easterly line o� Interstate �SE, by condemning and taking for street purposes the
south 8.5' of 7�ota 19 and 20 except that pa,rt ,tak�en for highway purposes a.nd the
north 8.5' of Lot 21. aLl in J. W. Bass Garden Lots.

. Resolved Further, 7.`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Ath day of
�rch, 1q�S , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council C1�amber af the Court �
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. _
