gators� for the investigation of tort actions� which, by its
terms was to egtend for one year after Ja.nuary 1� 1964; and �

Deeember 30� 1964, said agreeme�t was extend�d through an.d
including Jan.uary 31� 1965; and �
W�iEREAS� the same r�eed exi��s as prompted tY�e original �

; WI�RE�1S� it has no� been determined to renew the
; agreement for a full term; now, therefore, be it
; RESOLVED, That the agreement heretofore made be
� continued in f�11 forcerand effect for the month of February� 1965,
� under �he same- terms and conditions� which agreement provides �
� for the paymerit of services to said Minnesota Investigators.
