Resolved, That upon the petition of
the Port Authority of the City oP Saint
Pavl, all those portions of the alley
situate in the City of Saint Paul,
County of Ramsey, and State of Min-
nesota, hereinafter described, be and
the same is hpreby vacated and dis-�
continued,as a public alley,viz.;
All those portions of the alley in
Block 31, Town oE Brooklynd, ly-
ing northerly •and southerly of
Nagasaki Road; f
sub�ect expressly to the 4ollowing con-�
ditions and reservations:
1.that the yacation be subiect to all�
the terms and conditions of`Section�
228 of the Legislative Code reQ-
ulating the procedure and prescdb-
ing conditions for the vacation oi
_ 'public grounds, streets, alleys and
highways in the City of Saint Paul;
, 2.that, if requtred by the Department
oi Public Works, the petitioners tn-
stall suitable barricades;
4. 3.that the petitioners pay to the City
E the sum of $50.00 as compensation
for the vacation and provide the �
