'U�HERE�S� The City of Saint Paul is undertaking a l.ocal
public improvement in the nature of a storm and sanitary sewer
in and under Berry Street between Territorial Road and Pearl
Street; and
� �REAS� Stainless & Steel Products, Inc. is located
at 1000 Berry Avenue and would benefit by such a sewer� the
aforesaid corporation has agreed to accept an assessment along
2 15 �feet of the Berry �Avenue sewer in order to share costs of
the � sewer� and an agreement to this effect has been drawn an.d
executed by the Stainless & Steel Products, Inc. ; now� t�ierefore�
be it
RESOLV�D, That the proper City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement.
