which is described as the west � of Lot 9, Lots 10, 11, 12, Block 2 ,
Summit View�. The property is zoned '�A'* Residence. �
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on � �'
' December 17, 1964. The staff reported that the applicant's parking lot � �
plan meets all of the required standards and has also been approved by _ � '
1 the Traffic Engineer. In consideration of these factors, the Board .of '
- Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 30 car off- i
; street parking lot on the above described property in accordancE�mwith � '
final,plans dated received January 22, 1965. �
