An ordinance settling the claim of
Richard Hilger and Mary Lee B. Hilger and their
insurance carrier, General Accident Group of
Insurance Companies.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Richard Hilger and Mary Lee B. Hilger and their insurance carrier,
General Accident Group of Insurance Companies, the sum of Three
Hundred Forty -six and 40 /100 Dollars ($31+6.40) in full settlement
of claim for damage to the Hilgers" automobile on September 24,
1963, on Park Street near Como Avenue in Saint Paul, in a collision
with a City vehicle driven boames R. Culver.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants
,.upon.their execution and delivery of a release in full to said City,
in a form approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained
by them in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and 13ei7ihc� °'sr t.,
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
