COUNCIL NO
WHEREAS, Battle Creek Development Co., pursuant to
action heretofore authorized and'taken by this Council and
pursuant to an Amended Contract for Deed dated the 17th day of
July, 1963, has agreed to pay the City of Saint Paul the full
purchase price as provided by said Amended Contract for Deed,
and pursuant to the provisions of said Amended Contract for
Deed is entitled to a conveyance by quit claim deed of the
following described tracts or parcels of land:
Lots two (2) to-thirteen (13) inclusive, Block
twenty -one (21), "Battle Creek Heights Plat 3;t
according to the recorded plat thereof on file
and of record in the Office of the Register of
Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject
to a- drainage easement of record in said "Battle
Creek Heights Plat 3 "and further subject to the
provisions of paragraph numbered 4 of Resolution
of the Council of the City of Saint Paul, Council
File No. 213775, approved July 9, 1963 ;:
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
quit claim deed to Battle Creek Development Co. to the afore-
mentioned tracts or parcels of land, a copy of said proposed
instrument of conveyance being attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference.
