OUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that August T. Schwartz be paid the sum of $90.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of June 29, 1964, while
in the employ of the Bureau of Public Libraries whereby he suffered
a 10 per cent permanent partial disability to his left fifth finger;
and that of said sum the amount of $90.00 is now due and payable.
