RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking only of two
story building and attached shed and removal of steps, miscellaneous concrete
and debris located at 153 -155 West Kellogg Blvd., Saint Paul, Minnesota,
described as Easterly 37 feet of part south of Alley, Lot 8, Block 16, Rice and
Irvine's Addition, to A. KAMISH COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #1063 of said A. Kamish Company for the
contract price of $11600.00, such bid being the lowest and said A. Kamish Company

being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
