RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby sets a public hearing before the Council of the City
of Saint Paul in the Council Chambers in the Court House in
the City of Saint Paul on the, 28th day of January , 1965, at
ten o'clock in the forenoon, upon the question of approval by
the City Council of kevision No. 1 of the Redevelopment Plan
for the Upper Levee Renewal Project, Minnesota R -3, as more
fully described in the proposed Notice of Heating on Redevelop-
ment Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit
A" and incorporated herein by reference; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed
to publish in the St. Paul Legal Ledger and in the St. Paul
Dispatch or Pioneer Press, at least ten days prior to
Notice of Hearing on Redevelopment Plan as set forth in the proposed
Notice of Hearing on Redevelopment Plan, Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
