Gerber City Clerk Building Dear Sir: OF SAINT PAUL SAINT PAUL 2, MINNISOTA December 22, 1964 This is in reply to the referral of the application of Macalester College for a permit to install and operate a 20 car off - street parking lot on property located on the north side of Grand Avenue between Snelling Avenue and Saratoga Street which is described as Lot 16, Block 2, Summit View Addition. The Board of Zoning considered this application at its regular meeting on November 19, 1964. The staff reported that the parking lot plan met all of the standards for this type of facility and had been approved by the Traffic Engineer. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 20 car,off- street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with final plans dated November 105 1964.
