RESOLVED, That Macalester College, owner of the
subject real estate, be permitted to instal.. and operate a
20 -ear off - street parkin facility on property located on
the north side of Grand Ivenue, between Snelling Avenue and
Saratoga Street, more particularly described as Lot 16,
Block 2, Summit View, in accordance with final plans dated
November 10, 1964; subject to the condition that said applicant -
permittee, and its successors and assigns; shall make due
compliance with all applicable provisions�of municipal
ordinances, State statutes and rules and regulations of
public authorities having cognizance.

This is in reply to the referral of the application of Macalester
College for a permit to install and operate a 20 car off - street
parking lot on property located on the north side of Grand Avenue
between Snelling Avenue and Saratoga Street which is described as
Lot 16, Block 2, Summit View Addition.
The Board of Zoning considered this application at its regular
meeting on November 19, 1964. The staff reported that the parking
lot plan met all of the standards for this type of facility and
had been approved by the Traffic Engineer. In consideration of
these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the
application for a 20 car,off- street parking lot on the above
described property in accordance with final plans dated November
105 1964. On November 10, 1964, the City Council granted an
informal approval of this request.
