RESOLVED, That Ladd J. Brabee, owner of the subject
real estate, hereby is permitted to install and operate a
drive -in restaurant on property located on the north side
of Highway #12 Frontage Road between Ruth and Pederson
Streets, more particularly described as follows:
That part of Tract C, registered Land Survey #91,
Ramsey County, Minnesota lying east of the west
150 feet, lying west of the east 300 feet, lying
north of Trunk Highway #12 and lying south of
a line drawn westerly at a right angle from the
east line of said Tract C from a point on said
east line distant 448.0 feet of the southeast
corner thereof;
all in accordance with final plans dated December 21, 1964•
subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee'�, antd
his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

This is in reply to the referral of the application of Ladd J. Brabec
to install and operate a drive -in restaurant on property located on
the north side of Highway # 12 Frontage Road between Ruth and Pederson
Streets which is described as: that part of Tract C, registered Land
Survey # 91. Ramsey County, Minnesota lying east of the west 150 feet,
lying west of the east 300 feet, lying north of Trunk Highway # 12 and
lying south of a line drawn westerly at a right angle from the east line
of said Tract C from a point on said -east line distant 448.0 feet of the
southeast corner thereof. The property is zoned commercial.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
November 19, 1964. The staff reported that the proposal met all the
standards for this type of facility and has been approved by the Traffic
Engineer and Minnesota Highway Department. It should be noted that, on
November 20, 1964, the City Council granted informal approval on this
request. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recom-
mends the granting of the application for a drive -in restaurant on the
above described property in accordance with final plans date December
21, 1964.
