That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install one pole in
alley west of Moore between Laurel and
Ashland; one pole on Short Line Road
south of Lincoln; one pole on Roblyn
west of Aldine; 8 poles on St. Paul Avenue
between Davern and Snelling Avenue; one
pole on Jackson south of Acker; and 1 pole
on Wellesley between Syndicate and Griggs,
with necessary guys, anchors and wires.
Poles and wires to be removed when requested
to do so by the Common Council and cost of
said removal to be borne by the Northern
States Power ompany.
