COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED
COMMISSI,
MOLM,* by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No, 11490., as amended,
that in respect.of --each item of severance pay provided to be
paid by said ordinance,, as amended, on account of any separa-
tion from employment service of said .City which occurred in
the years 1959, 19603 1961, 19624 1963,, or 1964,, save any
such separation which may have,occurred in any of said years
by reason of death of any eligible employee, the same shall
be and hereby is directed to be paid upon a deferred annual
installment payment plan, and that in each such case; no'
scheduled annual installment of any such severance pay on
account count oof any such separations save separation by death of
any such eligible employee, shall exceed y600.00, and that
such payment therefor shall be made on or after February 1,�
1965, or-as soon thereafter as it may be convenient for the.
proper City 'Officers to make such payment thereon, and that
successive annual installments not in excess of the sum of
X600.00 thereon shall become due and payabl6,,on the Tst day
of February in each succeeding year to the extent and only
to the extent that the same shall be necessary to effect
the payment of the total severance pay amount, in each
particular case, without interest.

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 11490, as amended,
that in respect of each item of severance pay provided to be
paid by said ordinance, as amended, on account of any separa-
tion from employment service of said City which occurred in
the years 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, or 1964, save any
such separation which may have occurred in any of said years
by reason of death of any eligible employee, the same shall
be and hereby is directed to be paid upon a deferred annual

scheduled annual installment of any such severance pay on
account of any such separation, save separation by death of
any such eligible employee, shall exceed $600.00, and that
such payment therefor shall be made on or after February 1,
1965 #, or as soon thereafter as it may be convenient for the
proper City Officers to mike such payment thereon, and that
successive annual installments not in excess of the sum of
$600.00 thereon shall become due and payabld %on the lot day
of February in each succeeding year to the extent and only
to the extent that the same shall, be necessary to effect
the payment of the total severance pay amount, in each
particular case, without interest.
