WI�REAS, adverse acrion was taken against the Malt on Sale (Strong) and Wine on Sale licenses
held by Ermias Wolde & Wosenyeleh Wolde, d/b/a Queen of Sheba (License ID#19990005162) for the
premises located at 2447 — 7 Street West in Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated
February 16, 2006, aileging licensee did to submit 2004 gross sales and receipts for food and beverages as
required by Saint Paul Legislative Code §409.15; and
10 WHEREAS, the licensee did respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses and was given an
11 extension until March 30, 2006 to submit required receipts; and

WHEREAS, the licensee did not submit required receipts by the March 30, 2006 deadline; and
WHEREAS, licensee was informed that if they failed to submit required receipts by March 30,
2006, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalfy; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Malt on Sale (Strong) and Wine on Sale licenses held by Ermias Wolde &
Wosenyeleh Woide, d/b/a Queen of Sheba aze hereby suspended until such time as they submit the 2004
gross sales and receipts for food and beverages.
