In the Matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the east and
west alley in Dom's Subdivision from Galtier Street to Matilda Street
under Preliminary Order 215678 approved December 3, 1963
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and'the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
r 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to grade and surface with bituminous material the east and west alley in Dorn's
Subdivision from Galtier Street to Matilda Street
-- -with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1,562.1-3

P_ Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of
February, 1964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:-.M., in the Council 4Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building,in the- City_ of .St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the, manner` provided by the Charter, stating the time and place
hearing, the nature pf the improvement and the total cost thereof, as estimated.
