MOLDED, That the Council hereby approves the award of.the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all Labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling and
removal of steps, walks, septic tank, clothes poles, miscellaneous concrete debris
located at 2316 Youngman Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to A. KAMISH COMPANY in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid
#6285 of said A. Kamish Company for the contract price of $350.00, such bid being
the only bid and said A. Kamish Company being a reasonable•and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
