RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for Fence Construction at Ramsey House to AICHINGER & GREEN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City ]3: ns and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #9597 of said Aichinger & Green Construction Company for
the contract price of $4,776.24 (at unit prices bid) plus $477.62 Engineering, plus
$95.53 Inspection and plus $1000.00 for Material purchased by Bridge Dept by City
Forces,Xsuch bid being the lowest and said Aichinger & Green Construction Co7pny
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
lofficials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
(Saint Paul.
