That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install 1 pole on Bush
east of Ruth; 1 pole on Aurora Avenue between
Dale and Kent; 2 poles on Snelling Avenue,
1 pole north of Iglehart Avenue and 1 pole
north of Carroll Avenue; 1 pole on Hyacinth
west of Park; 1 pole on southwest corner of
Park and Hyacinth; 1 pole on Benson Avenue
east of Dealton; and 1 pole on Parkway Drive
west of Larpenteur, with necessary guys,
anchors and wires. Poles and wires to be
removed when requested to do so by the
Common Council and cost of said removal to
be borne by the Northern States. Power
