WHEREAS, Interstate Highway No. 94 is being constructed
through certain portions of the City of Saint Paul and, when
constructed, will have a northerly and a southerly frontage
road along said Interstate Highway No.,94, which roads will
generally follow on the north the present alignment of Waltham
Avenue, St. Anthony Avenue and Rondo Street between the limits
of Prior and Rice Street, and along the southerly frontage
road the present alighment'of Roblyn Avenue, Rondo Avenue and
Carroll Avenue between the limits of Herschel Street and Louis
Street, and'
WHEREAS, it is considered most fitting and-desirable
that said northerly and southerly frontage roads be given
appropriate names as streets and highways duly dedicated in
the City of Saint Paul, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the north frontage road as above
described shall be named St. Anthony Avenue and the south
