PAUL COUNCIL NO.— r��.1 a 259 FILE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK _�`tgUNRIL)RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM WHEREAS, The firm of Vennum, Newhall, Ackman & Goetz has heretofore entered into agreement with the City of Saint Paul for revision of the City's Legislative Code; and to WHEREAS, The Corporation Counsel proposes /again retain said firm to do the necessary editorial work to bring the Code up to date as of the end of December, 1963, the last revision having brought it up to date as of December 31, 1962, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the City to hire the firm of Vennum, Newhall, Ackman & Goetz for the purpose of performing the editorial work necessary to revise the Legislative Code through December 31, 1963 on terms and conditions formerlyfapplicable under previous agreements with respect to revision of the Code, the fee for the current revision to be in the sum of $1,000 and to be charged to the Corporation Counsel Fund 003.0 -:.1­41 under the 1964 appropriatiione and the Corporation Counsel is authorized to approve the necessary agreement to effect the provisions of this resolution.
