WHEREAS, it is necessary that the State of Minnesota
use for highway purposes, in connection with construction of
a Lafayette Bridge pier and the route of Trunk'Highway No. 56,
all that tract or parcel of land situate in Ramsey County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Lots 1 and 12, Block 18, Lots 6 and 7, Block 19,
Town of Brooklynd,
and vacated streets as shown on the map attached to a proposed
Temporary Permit to Construct submitted to the City by the
State of Minnesota Department of Highways, now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves and the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute and issue said "Temporary Permit to Construct ",
S.P. 6241+ (56 -112) to the State of Minnesota Department of
Highways, upon and across the aforedescribed real estate.
