lying between the north line and south line of Conway St. and a line which is the
arc of a- circle having a 50 ft. radius, the center of said circle being on the
center line of Conway St. and 151.21 ft. east of the east line of White Bear Ave.
Also those parts of Lots B and 9,Block 10, Robert L. Ware's Eastern Heights and
Lots 1 and 10, Block 4, Hudson Road Gardens, lying between the north ,l.i-ne -and
south line of Conway St. and a line which is the arc of a circle having a 50 ft.
radius, the center of said circle being on the center line of Conway St. and 311.21

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City_��` -"�

Street by taking and condemning for street purposes the following described
lands creating two cul -de -sacs: All those parts of Lot 109 Block 109 Robert
L. Warets Eastern Heights and Lot 10, Block 4, Hudson Road Gardens Addition,

�^ of a circle having a 45 foot radius, the center of said circle lying on the
center line of Conway Street and 125.0 feet east of the east line of White
Bear Avenue, also all those parts of Lots 8 and 9, Block 10, Robert L. Waress
