Qwest maintains buried telephone cables within the referenced area (see attached sketch). It is assumed that these facilities will be in conflicf with the petitioners proposed constracfion plan. Qwest Inc. will be asking for a five foot easement to protect our facilities once this area is surveyed and staked by the petitioner. At this time the described area I have received does not contain enough information to give me a running line where we need the [uture easement. It is expected that the relocation expense if needed be paid by the petitioner. This will be more clearly determined as the building site plans are developed.
