RESOLVED FURTHER, that the grant of the aforesaid uses shall be consummated under and by a standard form of agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Association, approved by the Corporation Counsel, and which, among other provisions, shall contain -pro- visions for the furnishing by said Association of public liability casualty insurance coverage indemnifying both said Association and said City, and the agents, servants and employees of the latter against any and all liability on account of any injury-to person or property arising therefrom or connected with the exercise by said Association of any aforesaid granted use.
